Media Disclaimer

Our Policy

Redeemer Presbyterian Church uses photographs, videos and voice recordings and other similar media of minors and adults, for many purposes. These materials may appear in print, on our Web site (as photos, videos or other forms), in church-member emails, as well as in presentations and gatherings of both church members and non-members. In addition, these materials may be given to or used by the news media in their news coverage or similar forms of media communication, with or without the permission of Redeemer Presbyterian Church.

Redeemer Presbyterian Church reserves the right to use any photograph or video taken at any service on church grounds, or event sponsored by them, without the expressed written permission of those included within the media form.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent or legal guardian. 

Volunteers in classrooms will not take photos of children. Designated photographers may take photos occasionally during Redeemer Presbyterian's church services and events. These photos help us celebrate community, share our story, and invite others to experience life with us. Redeemer may use the media recorded at these events in materials produced by or for the church, including but not limited to bulletins, posters, brochures, newsletters and other printed and electronic materials, digital media (e.g., Redeemer’s website, Facebook or other social media posts).

If you prefer your child not to be included in any media, please let us know by emailing childrensministry@redeemerws.org and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
